garden path

In 2001, we began maintaining Triangle Park at the corner of Rock and Maple Avenues in Glen Rock, New Jersey. The next year we installed some stone walls, a seating area, and various plantings. Every change of season we install a wonderful display of flowers. In the spring, there are tulips and daffodils; in the summer, we install annual flowers; and in the fall we install mums, cabbage, corn stacks, pumpkins and gourds. This park also receives weekly property maintenance, including spring clean-up, fall clean-up, bed maintenance, and turf rehabilitation. This year we plan to finish the park with a bench and perennial plantings.

Dear Michael,

Please accept my sincere thanks to you and your staff for your generous support in the first phase of our landscape project to create a “healing garden” and to improve the grounds of our Woodlea Group Foster Home for Teens in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Your donation of a crew to assist with the project is truly appreciated.

We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of generosity and support for this project that will provide greatly enhanced and much needed new facilities for the children and families we serve. None of this would have been possible without the support of people like you!

The next phase of the project will begin in the spring, and once work has been completed, we will be inviting everyone that has been involved to a grand opening celebration.

Thank you once again, for helping to make a real and lasting difference in the lives of children and families in our shared community.

Sincerely,
Liz Mason
Executive Vice-President
