During this 15-minute phone call, we will discuss your outdoor vision and see if we are a good fit for your project. If we are, we will schedule your on-site consultation

This 60-minute consultation allows us to review your outdoor spaces and go more in-depth into your project details. We ask that all decision-makers be present, and it would be helpful if you could have a survey of your property ready for us, as well as inspirational photos that let us know your preferences. At the end of the consultation, we will schedule your review call.

For design/build projects, we will send you a proposal within seven days. For maintenance projects, you should receive the proposal within three days. The budget proposal includes investment ranges for each service. We will review it together over the phone to discuss the specifics of each service, including materials and specifications.

Your design investment begins at $1,500 and goes up to $5,000+ for larger projects. Landscape architects will review the property themselves before creating the initial plan, which is typically ready in two to four weeks or sooner. You will receive a 2D color rendering of your design, up to one round of revisions, and a spot on our construction calendar. Engineers will review the plan following your approval to determine if structural drawings or drainage are needed.

Our agreement includes pricing on the specifics of each aspect of your project, including details on materials, quantities, sizes, etc. We will discuss the anticipated completion date, and we can break your project into phases or scale back to accommodate your budget and timeline. After you sign the agreement and pay your deposit, typically 10%, we are ready to begin work on the scheduled start date. Permit timing varies by town and could impact your timeline, but we will keep in touch with you throughout the process.

We will be there on the start day to walk you through the work and discuss the schedule. You will have one dedicated point of contact who is on-site each day to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We will touch base with you frequently throughout the installation process so you always know what is happening. Typical payment terms include 30% payment at the start and 50% spread out throughout the project, as listed in your agreement.

We will walk the property with you, review the work that was done, and discuss care for your features as well as your warranties. 10% of the cost is due at this meeting.

Our warranties include a one-year warranty on plants if you have a sprinkler system and maintenance plan with us. We also offer a 2-year craftsmanship warranty on hardscapes and additional product warranties are available through manufacturers. Sign on for a landscape maintenance plan within 90 days following your project, and your initial visit will be on us!
