You will receive a 2D color rendering of your design, up to one round of revisions, and a spot on our construction calendar. Engineers will review the plan following your approval to determine if structural drawings or drainage are needed.

Our agreement includes pricing on the specifics of each aspect of your project, including details on materials, quantities, sizes, etc. We will discuss the anticipated completion date, and we can break your project into phases or scale back to accommodate your budget and timeline. After you sign the agreement and pay your deposit, typically 10%, we are ready to begin work on the scheduled start date. Permit timing varies by town and could impact your timeline, but we will keep in touch with you throughout the process.

We will be there on the start day to walk you through the work and discuss the schedule. You will have one dedicated point of contact who is on-site each day to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We will touch base with you frequently throughout the installation process so you always know what is happening.
